We ship across Germany and the rest of Europe. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Heavy goods

Large aquariums and pond filtration systems travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building or to the garden access point, not into the finished position. If access is tight, tell us before ordering and we will say what is realistic.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany and 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window; allow 5–12 business days.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging or pallet before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
